VINYASA FLOW YOGA TRAINING | 200 HR

With Pradeep Teotia, Louise Sanseau, Niki Sue Mueller, Dani Perry + Team

Dates: 4/15 – 4/24 Module 1 | 5/6- 5/15 Module 2. Two 10-day intensives with an 11-day break for study, practice, and integration in between.

Description:

Join us this spring for our Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training online, in person, or hybrid. Our programming empowers our students to explore their own unique relationship with yoga. This 200-hour course is broken into two 10-day intensives. Module 1 is co taught by Louise and Pradeep. It focuses on the foundations of vinyasa yoga with an emphasis on pranayama, meditation, Bhakti Yoga, and intentional movement. Module 2 is led by Niki Sue and Dani. It explores asana: posture study, sequencing, and mind/body alignment; the anatomy, physiology, and philosophy of Yoga; and, how to teach integrative Vinyasa Flow classes. This 200-Hour Vinyasa Flow Training will teach you how to instruct strong, well-rounded, and uplifting vinyasa flow classes. The sequencing and instruction you will learn from this course will help you teach classes similar to the following classes we offer at Inversion: Heated Vinyasa, Hot Fusion, Power Hour, and Bhakti Flow.

Daily Schedule:

7:00 – 8:00 Sadhana

+ Readings, homework, practice teaching, recorded classes, and coursework required in addition to daily schedule.

* You are welcome to join 100-hr Modules for $1,950 ($1,650 if enrolled by 3/20). However, you must complete all 200 hours to receive your RYS 200 Certificate to be a 200-Hr Yoga Alliance Approved Yoga Teacher. Training can be done in person and/or online; pricing is the same. There is an 11-day break between the two 10-day Intensives. Homework, Exam, and Live Test-Out must be completed before Module 2 begins.

Join Niki Sue and Dani this spring for our Sculpt Teacher Training. You will learn to teach this high energy flow class utilizing weights to build lean muscle. If you have a 200 Hr Yoga Training under your belt, or are interested in learning more about Sculpt sequencing, this training is for you. In this 40 Hr module we will explore anatomy, strength building techniques, sequencing, and class safety.

This Barre Training will prepare you to teach Barre in any setting. Whether you are looking to refine your practice, or to teach what you’ve learned to others, this course will give you a skill set you can take with you anywhere you go.

Dates 10/14 – 10/23 Module 1, 11/4 – 11/13 Module 2

Description:

Join us this fall for our Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training online, in person, or hybrid. This training works to unwind the nervous system, decrease triggers from the external realm, increase a deep sense of inner knowing, and connect us to our source of inner joy. The course is designed to create new neural pathways and shift negative thought patterns in order to begin to live a vibrant and happy life. This 200-hour course is broken into two 10-day intensives. Module 1 is co taught by Niki Sue and Louise. This module explores the various layers of the self through yogic philosophy and works to rewire the nervous system through rope wall and restorative practices. Module 2 is led by Sarah Kline and MJ Miller. This module explores the psychology and physiology behind breath, meditation, and restorative yoga as well as the power and benefits of mindfulness, kindness, and compassion. This 200-Hour Therapeutic Yoga Training will teach you how to instruct gentle and mindful restorative, hot yin yang, rope wall, and meditation classes. The sequencing and instruction you’ll learn from this course will help you teach classes similar to the following classes we offer at Inversion: Restorative, Hot Yin Yang, Gentle Flow, Rope Wall, Yin Yang + Yoga Nidra.
