     GENERAL

Do you rent Mats?2021-08-30T23:50:15-06:00

Yes, we rent mats for $5. We sanitize each mat after use so you can be sure that you are getting a clean mat with each rental. You will need to use a yoga mat in every class except for our reformer classes. If you do not have a mat, you can either purchase one from our retail shop or rent one from us for your convenience. (Subject to change as per current COVID procedures)

Do you rent towels?2021-08-30T23:50:48-06:00

Yes, we offer Yogitoes towel rentals for use in class. We highly recommend using a Yogitoes towel between yourself and your mat when taking any of our hot classes as it will keep you from slipping around when things get sweaty! If you do not have your own, you can either purchase one from our retail selection or rent one from us for $5. (Subject to change as per current COVID procedures)

What if I am a beginner?2021-10-26T19:59:11-06:00

We would love to have you. We have all experienced and know how intimidating it can be to enter into a new space and practice amongst others who are more seasoned or practiced. We all start somewhere, and it brings us so much joy to share the these movement practices with everyone, regardless of their experience level or ability. We recommend talking with your instructor before class, if you would like, so that both you and they can gain insight on what may be best for you in your practice. We look forward to meeting you!

What are your COVID policies?2021-08-30T23:55:34-06:00

We strongly recommend wearing a mask while in the building, which you may take off once you arrive on your mat if you chose to. We have limited class sizes so that we can offer 6 foot spacing between students while in class. For anyone wishing to take class only with others who have been vaccinated, we have added one VAX-ONLY class per day which requires a one-time proof of vaccination, which we will file confidentially for your future attendances. After each class, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and aerated. Our priority is to ensure all feel welcome and safe. We are trying to accommodate everyone’s needs while continuing to provide the safest environment we can at this time. Our intention in offering VAX-ONLY classes is not to create a false sense of safety; rather, to offer our students information and options so that they can make their own choices.
