Yoga found Blair at a young age; however, it was not until her early twenties that she began delving deeper into her practice. After exploring yoga for years at her home studio in Tallahassee, Florida, Blair decided to complete a 200-hour teacher training program. She became RYT-200 certified in 2015 through Many Rivers Yoga, where she studied under Suzanne Harrell and Stacey Abbott.
Blair’s training focused on several different styles, including Ashtanga, Hot, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin. Blair’s classes incorporate aspects of many different yogic traditions, including dynamic flows, conscious alignment, and thoughtful intentions. Blair believes in creating a safe and welcoming space for all students on their mats, where they can be curious about and have fun exploring their breath, bodies, and minds.
