I first discovered yoga in 2010 while working through a shoulder injury. The physical therapist I was working with was an experienced yoga teacher and healer. Within a couple weeks of practicing the sequence she had built for my shoulder rehab, I was pain-free and spared from undergoing painful surgery. I was hooked.

Since then, I’ve continued diving deeper and deeper into my own yoga practice. I’ve found that the deeper I go into my own practice, the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits manifest more and more.

In 2019, looking to deepen my own personal practice, I completed my first teacher training at Inversion. While this experience helped me explore new depths of my own practice, it also lit a fire for teaching that I didn’t know was inside me. Sharing this beautiful practice with others has brought me immense joy.

In my classes, you can expect a practice that is both challenging and nurturing. We’ll focus on breath and alignment as we flow through what I like to call a slow burn. We’ll move mindfully into and out of postures to the rhythm of our breath. Expect to sweat, expect to tremble and shake, and expect to cultivate gratitude in well-earned moments of rest :)
